All discounted sales are final - no returns, refunds, changes or exchanges. Vouchers and Coupon Codes are not eligible during a sale or on already discounted products.
UNSUITABLE IMAGES:
In the event that the customer submitted an image that is not suitable to render a high print quality, Silly George reserves the right to automatically print the original image submitted and dispatch the order for delivery. No exchanges, refunds or returns will be granted for inferior printing quality due to unsuitable image supplied.
PROCESSING TIME:
Please note that during High Season and our annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale the normal processing time is extended due to high volumes. Additionally, load shedding can also cause a delay in production and delivery. Unfortunately no refunds are given due to extended processing times. We endeavour to process every order as fast as possible and we promise that it is worth the wait. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
